Resolved Question: is the grammar right?

My sister, Noelia, was born when I was four years old. Even though I was the only child in my family, I didn’t become jealous. Noelia, who is now a teenager, is quite tall, with fair, smooth skin and straight yellowish brown hair which she cares a lot and brown eyes. Due to being outgoing and self- confident, she is one of the leaders of her class and since she is so hard working and energetic, she can do both; to work and to study. Sometimes she behaves stubbornly and seems to be very temperamental yet she is sociable and kind. Although we have totally different personalities, yet we can share a good time together and tell our problems to the other.
