Open Question: HELP! Addicted to chat rooms for 5 years?!?

I've been addicted to chat rooms for many years. The sites range from Sherwood, Club Marian and iSketch. I recently forced myself to get permanently banned from iSketch (the worst addictions of the three), after constantly trying to stop playing for those many years. The farthest I've gotten was a month. I've recently started using MSN and adding some of my ''friends''. I told them many things that I now regret (last name, ect). They seem like normal 17 and 16 year old people (one apparently has webcam, the other has like 50+ pictures of herself), so they shouldn't be older people. During these years, I've noticed my social life decreasing, my speech worsening, I'm in my room most of the time, I'm not as active (sportswise), ect. I want to be officially unaddicted. People have told me to get a social life, and you will grow tired of online people. I have friends, don't get me wrong. I need tips, because talking to friends isn't really helping. Also, unplugging my computer is not an option. Real life stories, anything. I need to quit cold turkey for the last time. Oh, and I just uninstalled MSN for the 5th time.
