Open Question: my sister gets everything! HELP?

*please read* (you would REALLY help me out) while i was at my sisters house playing with her puppy, and then my sister went to the mall and bought TONS of clothes and $50 aviators. and i haven't went to the mall in more than a year, I've had the same shoes and clothes for more than a year and they are all too small for me, and stuff that i need for example... a new bra, its about 2 sizes too small and my mom wont even take me. ... im the type of girl who likes colourful t-shirts and board shorts and hate low tops and girly girl stuff. and then my sister got a top that i have always wanted to get SAME WITH THE GLASSES and i started crying. my mom wont take my to the mall and i only have ratty old small sweat pants for all summer and holey shirts... i've talked to my mom but she wont do anything. she just says i dont have any money. but everytime she says that, she goes out and buys my sister stuff she doesnt even need WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE MY SELF FEEL BETTER?!?! and i get jealous REALLY easy... and all of the things my sister got i hav wanted for a REALLY LONG TIME my mom did look at my clothes and my bra... and she says, YEA ILL GET RIGHT ON THAT. in a sarcastic way. but any time she goes to the mall with my sister she buys me crap that my sister says that i would like just to keep it when i dont like it. i am 14 and my sister is 13 my mom wont let me get a job and she makes me do chores for imaginary money... SHE WONT PAY ME
