Open Question: 12 year old girl looses weight by the end of summer?
Okay so im 12 and i need/want to lose weight. my weight is 120-130 lbs. I want to lose 50 lbs. My friends say thats alot to lose but i want to lose that much weight. *sigh* On the last day of my elementary school one of my classmates (he is kinda my friend) said i laugh if you become skinny when we go to wis. (intermediate) I REALLY want to lose weight. Um i just wanted to let you guys know that my fave drink is propel. My parents dont really buy junk food but a week ago my dad bought me and my sister otter pops (the big box of ice pops) there are 200 inside. So far i only ate like 5 of those things (i swear to God) When i want a snack i mostly just drink a glass of water, but that doesnt seem to work. My mom has this elliptical i use it sometimes but like for 10 mins. I have summer school so i mostly wank to school and i dont really walk back home cuz my mom says its too hot. Oh btw my deadline has to be by july 31. I know its only a month but someone please help me. I dont want to use those diet pills or those food that you see on the tv and i dont want those diet drinks >__________< i want something free and that a 12 year old girl CAN DO !
