Open Question: Avira Antivir Pop Up’s?

I installed Avira Antivir yesterday and the pop ups have just been non stop, It says AntiVIR Guard : Attention, Detection! A virus or unwanted program was found! What should happen with the file? It then usually has some kind of system address then says something like is the TR/TDss.yuk Trojan I select move to quarantine, but they just keep poping up, there has litterally been no less than 50 every hour since i have had the program. Its driving me crazy. How can i set it up so it just automatically quarantines things without these stupid annoying pop ups? The quarantine section of the program says there is 711 in there, and its steadily going up, but i want this to happen without these constant pop ups stopping me from doing anything on the computer. The program is also causing another pop up which is almost as constant, it says windows or something like that then GUI has stopped working. any help would be great, i just want these stupid pop ups to stop. Yeah i did that originally, when i first installed it i ran a scan and there was loads of pop us, to which i quarantined them all, but after the scan had finished the pop ups kept coming, and still do, together with about 100 when i start the computer up.
