Open Question: Is my housemate within her rights? VERY LONG story, but please help!?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a 2 years. I attended school out of town until January when he left on deployment. Back in November, his sister (Kate) needed a place to stay until she got on her feet. My boyfriend offered her our apartment to live in so someone could watch the place while he is gone. He did not tell me about this decision. When he told me that his sister and her 3-year old child would be staying with me, I was not happy at all. While I am a quiet homebody, his sister often goes out clubbing and caters to the rap/hip-hop lifestyle–I detest it. I also HATE children. We have also planned on buying a dog for several months. I’m concerned because Kate’s child hurts her playmates and is very rough. She also barges into my room often, forcing me to close/lock my door which will not be an option with the puppy.
Kate moved in last month and cleaned and rearranged everything. My boyfriend said she could stay if she buys the food and pays $50 towards utilities. She gets $400 in food stamps every month, so she only pays $50 out of her pocket in rent. Things started smooth, but her boyfriend is always around. He eats and showers there! Kate is going through chemo, but is suffering from few of the symptoms. Still, she insisted that Vee helps her clean the apartment and helps take care of her child. Against that argument I felt mean to ask her to have Vee around less often, so I dropped the subject.
One day after her chemo, Kate felt ill and left all the dishes out in the kitchen. The counters were covered with dirty dishes–some of which had food in them! It stayed like that for three days while I was out of down. When I returned my Vee said he saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Kate blamed it on the neighbors upstairs. She fumigated the apartment and the roaches are gone.
I had a friend over last week. We made spagetti and I used some ground beef from the freezer. Kate was upset because she was going to use it. She now gives me $60 of her food stamps to buy my own food. I felt ridiculous having to label my food in my own home but she did the same. I asked her if we were still sharing the bread, milk, eggs, etc. She said I could share hers “for now.” I recently went out of town again, and when I came back I found that she had even labeled the milk, the butter, even the hand soap and dish washing soap as hers!
I’m angry. She has rearranged my apartment, left my kitchen a disaster and given us cockroaches, allowed her boyfriend to be over constantly, and has violated the agreement made with my boyfriend that she supply food! She stays in my apartment for a mere $60 per month in free foodstamps! (My boyfriend is letting her save the extra $50 she is supposed to pay under pressure from his parents.) She is not even legally supposed to be in our apartment. She is NOT a resident here and she does NOT live here, she is a GUEST. And now I feel like she’s divided everything straight down the middle, as if she has full rights to do so! She is staying in the apartment practically free of charge because of my boyfriend’s generosity. I don’t even want her to stay. He told me before he left that she would be out by the beginning of March, but her family wants her to stay until 4/15. I want her gone!

Open Question: 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4×4 transmission Question!?

I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 4X4. 46 rh transmission. When I get up to 50 -55 the truck starts to buck so to speak.When I turn the overdrive off the bucking goes away.Shifts fine ..no problems except the bucking at OD speed. I was told 4 different things so far to fix and did no good.. I have 1st had trans flushed, and just changed the torque converter. No change at all. I don’t want to keep guessing. Trying to see if any one else has had this happen and knows how to fix.
So what your telling me is I can unplug the lock up and it should work fine ? Just no OD that way right?

Open Question: why we believe in quantum theory and relativity theory ?

we know relativity theory gives us good answers for very large object while quantum theory satisfies us when it comes to very tiny ,atomic size particles .
both theory gives as (approx. )correct answers ( in their field or range )
and we also know tht this theory are wrong and if this universe is 1 then there will be only one theory to explain all the phenomenon .but then also we blindly accepts all the blah blah of this theory , although we now tht this both are wrong , it might be possible tht some of their points might be right .
and one more thing , we are more technological advance , now we can research at huge levels but then also people are following this primitive theories why physicist cant able to discover the REAL theory , its approximate 50 year or more i think and we are jus sitting as dumb………

Isnt that so weird how mj would have cameras in the this is it concert like why would he want camera’s there unless they new they was going to make a movie 0.o like i thought mj was shy why dident mj have camera’s in his late other concerts why this is it why kenny ortega a movie producer hmmm im not sure this is all fishy to me why would all the sudden mj wanted to do 50 concerts and then die and not finish it omg i really think mj could be alive or somthing i think this whole thing was planned i dont wana belieave it but i dont no…….im just so cunfused on the camera parts like why would he want camera’s every were shooting the this is it concert!!!!!! i thought he was a concert not a movie!!!!!

Sammy takes good care of his body. He lifts weights and jogs 10miles every day. One morning he looks into the mirror admiring his body and notices that he is sun-tanned all over, with the exception of his knob so he decides to do something about that.
He goes to the beach, completely undresses and buries himself in the sand, except for his knob which he leaves sticking out of the sand.
A bit later, two little old ladies come strolling along the beach, one using a cane to help her get along. Upon seeing the thing sticking out of the sand, the lady with the cane begins to poke the knob with her cane.
Remarking to the other little old lady, she says, “There really is no justice in the world.”
The other little old lady asks, “What do you mean by that?”
The first little old lady replies, “Look at that…when I was 20, I was curious about it. When I was 30, I enjoyed it. When I was 50, I paid for it. When I was 60, I prayed for it. When I was 70, I forgot about it. ….
And now that I am 80, the damned things are growing wild, and I’m too old to squat!”

Open Question: Do you think my anxiety is honestly serious enough to seek psychiatric attention?

I have had anxiety issues for as long as I can remember, dating back to at least the 1st grade; it was around that time that I was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome (though at present I display few of the characteristics that have come to be associated with it). From that time, it has steadily evolved into different forms; from gr. 1-4 I abused myself verbally and physically, though this gradually declined from that point onward to gr. 6, which is when I began to feel inadequate and self-conscious. At the time, I was quite self conscious, but I was also something of an infrequent class clown, and I remained so through to gr. 9, when I had attempted to introvert myself further from everybody else in society for the first few months, avoiding talking to anybody at all. Then from November onward I rapidly grew more sociable due to registering on a popular social networking site, and from that point to the end of the year I made a bunch of acquaintances – though I still had a sneaking suspicion that I was the butt of everyone’s jokes when my back was turned. I was quite random at the time…
In gr. 10 I stabilized my emotions and began to improve on myself and actually had a couple girls interested for a while. But eventually I fell really hard and into a sort of awkward slump where my mood changes frequently, I believe at least 50% of the girls in my school think I’m creepy on valid grounds (I keep trying to convince myself that they think I stare, though I actively avoid doing so), and I am suspicious of everybody who so much as glances at me. I’ve been there ever since, and now I’m 16 in the middle of gr. 11. the problem still exists, and I’m scheduled in to see a psychiatrist – before anybody asks, yes I do have a psychologist and yes I have spoken to school counselors. There was a very brief period of time back in gr. 8 when I contemplated suicide, wondering if anybody would miss me, but now I’m glad I’m alive.
I guess I should give some insight into the sorts of things that have happened to me for the past while. There’s this girl in my school who seems nice, but I was under the impression she thought I was a creeper who constantly stared at her. I’ve avoided doing so, obviously, yet I’ve glanced for split seconds (though I try to avoid even doing that). Just a few days ago, I walked up to her and asked her a question related to class – she politely responded, and with a smile. I was actually quite surprised at how receptive she was to me, I was expecting a terse and nonchalant reply – yet she was so respectful. I’m not sure whether it’s all in my head or not, though I actively avoid making eye contact with people unless I’m talking to them directly, because I want to avoid the feeling of being rejected non-verbally.
Do you think I should actually see a psychiatrist? What are the odds they’ll just put me on some medication as opposed to actually trying to talk to me about my problems?

I eat lots of soy. On some days it can make up 50% (maybe even more) of my calorie intake. This has been going on for a few months now. So far I’ve noticed absolutely no negative effects. I’ve even lost a bit of weight which I consider a good thing. However, lately I’ve been reading that such amounts of soy really can mess you up – testosterone levels or whatever. Can anyone share some FIRST HAND experience??

we’ll have been together for about 5 months, and we’re both 16. our limit is $50 and i have no idea what to get him. he likes cute things that he can keep so that whenever he looks at it he will think of me. i cant think of what to buy!
