Hi, I am a college student and am conducting a survey for a course this semester. In order to participate for this survey you must be a resident of San Francisco. All of the answers that you give will be kept confidential. Real estate has an average selling price of $1,027,036 for single-family houses and $749,389 for lofts and townhomes. San Francisco ranks as the 18th wealthiest city in the United States. Even during the recent rough economic times that have been faced and said to be improving now, San Francisco has carried the some of the much lower unemployment rates in California. San Francisco has continue to show that it generates a lot of wealth throughout its city.
